ROTTERDAM, Sunday June 5, 2005 Secret and very sensitive information about the security of the Shell plant in Pernis has fallen into the hands of criminals. So it seems, that in March this year a notebook was stolen from from a car of a security officer of the oilconcomerate. Shell has chosen to keep the matter secret. The car was broken into and emptied on a parking lot in Boom Belgium near Antwerp. The police report states that "The Dutch national security may be compromised" if the "sensitive and confidentional information" fall into the wrong hands. According to sources around the Belgian investigation team the notebook is not retrieved. A Shell spokesman refused to commend how it was possible that a security specialist could leave a notebook with such important information in a parked car. Source: Telegraaf
