No, partition managers and/or boot managers such as Partition Magic cannot be used.

The reason is that the partitions are fully encrypted and rearranging partitions will compromise the encryption. Partition Managers even do not recognise the partitions the right way. Boot managers cannot be used because SecureNotebook is using the pre-boot space of the hard drive and there 2 pre-boot programma cannot coexist.
