 Can I reset the Single Sign On option?
Yes, we can reset the Single Sign On option for you. If you wish to
'connect' a different Windows user to the SecureNotebook user, we can
'clear' the SSO option and the next time you login SecureNotebook will
record the new Windows user. If you wish to stop the Single
Sign On option, this is also possible. This means that you have to
login twice. Pre-boot as a SecureNotebook user and once as a Windows
user. Contact us and request a SSO reset
