Does the SecureNotebook organisation have remote access to my notebook?

No, the management software used for the SecureNotebook service is only designed for the management of the encryption software, furthermore our strict privicy rules restrain us from client PC access.

Only in case client access is needed, for instance, to solve a problem, client will install or activate a remote management tool to provide access. This is not part of the SecureNotebook software. This will only happen after explicit client's approval.
